Help Us Help You

In order to better serve kinship caregivers, it is good for us to know the people that we are serving. Although not required, providing the following information to us will help us better meet your needs. It is important to know what type of kinship caregiver you are, what relationship you have to the child(ren) in your care, and your age, etc., as this information will provide us an idea concerning what programs and services are needed to better enhance this ever-changing life experience. The information you provide is confidential, and will only be utilized by the staff of the Kinship Navigator of Summit County to keep accurate statistics and information, and to provide you with up-to-date information regarding kinship care issues.
